First Monday of the month, and "Hiraeth" has posted three installments since our last update:
parts twenty-eight, "What's For Breakfast?"; twenty-nine, "Compatibility Issues"; and thirty, "Food Poisoning".

Thanks to all who've been following along with the erratically-published adventures of a vampire trying to lead a quiet and moral life in this increasingly inconvenient modern world, and remember that the story also has a dedicated DreamWidth comm for your reading convenience!

I've posted a poll about the Rose & Bay Awards, discussing whether or not people should be allowed to nominate and/or vote for their own work.

Last year some weblit folks did an April Fool swap where everyone wrote an installment for someone else's setting.  I think that would be a fun activity for this community, only more open, so that everyone can play.  If you're interested, please chime in!

Both congruent (fiction to fiction, etc.) and divergent (fiction to poetry, art to music, etc.) swaps are acceptable here.  This post is for projects running Dreamwidth or personal sites.  Projects on LiveJournal should use the April Fool Swap post over on LJ-Crowdfunding instead.  If you post your project on both sites, or have different projects on each, you may play in both rounds.

To participate, please leave a comment with the name of your project(s) and a link to its landing page or equivalent, and a list of some projects you know well enough to write for.  I will match up the people and projects, and send notes accordingly.  I recommend finishing the swap posts by March 26 so that they can be sent to the project creators with plenty of time to post on April 1.  For those of you whose project has a "fan content" or "menu" page, I recommend linking to the April Fool Swap material so that folks can enjoy it later.

Now that Plunge is 101% funded (yay!), it is time for me to start putting some of my plans into action.

I want an inviting, uncluttered, professional website for the ezine. The website would need to be something I could update on my own and compatible with cPanel or whatever tools the host offers.

The website would host the quarterly issues, an archive, a store, and informational pages (submissions, About Plunge, budget, etc), as well as the donors and sponsors pages.

If this is something that would interest you, please email me examples of your work, a cost estimate, and an explanation of how you'd approach the work.

"Starcrossed," one of the three crowdfunding projects I have had in production, has been completed!  Here is a small preview:

Funding currently stands at $0 $4 of $40.  If it is fully funded, it will be released to the general public as a free, full size, high resolution download.  Any contributors will also receive a download, and U.S. contributors who contribute $3 and over will receive a complimentary print (size depends on contribution amount).

If you would like to contribute to this project, please click the image, which will take you to its current landing page.
