kajones_writing has been posting installments of a story that I plotted. We are having a great time with this. It's a magical mystery with mostly anthropomorphic characters. Someone is selling fake charms, and our heroes need to figure out who so they can stop the crime. The first part of the story arc just concluded, so there's a good chunk to read. The World Walkers: Quiar: The Case of the Counterfeit Enchantments (part 5, continued) is the final installment of Section 1. Find out who is behind the fake charms in Sheepshank! I found this to be an exceptionally well-done handling of the difficult literary trick of internal conclusion: it both provided a satisfying resolution to the short arc and set up for the next phase. The Case of the Counterfeit Enchantments: Section 1: Complete summarizes the accomplishments: 13,225 words so far, and the next section will begin on Thursday.
