The next Poetry Fishbowl will be on Tuesday, January 8 with a theme of "military science fiction (http://ysabetwordsmith.livejournal.com/2645997.html)."

The next Crowdfunding Creative Jam will run Saturday, January 19-Sunday, January 20 with a theme of "nonviolence."

Please mark your calendars accordingly and plan to show up with prompts!

That would be really helpful, if you can manage it. Even prompts would be good. I have, however, greatly enjoyed your poems that tie into extant projects such as The Scholar's Mate, Silk Road Allies, and Schrodinger's Heroes.

Poetry for the Masses will be running January 13-15. Call for prompts will be posted next week, and at this time, I am polling possible themes.

I am also planning to have the next two chapters posted of The Scholar's Mate this month, with the story wrapped in February. I am already planning for the second story, The Queen's Gambit.
