I am hosting Winterfaire 2012 (http://ysabetwordsmith.livejournal.com/2598329.html). Creators, come post a booth of whatever goods or services you offer that might make good holiday gifts. Everyone, here's a place for you to shop within the crowdfunding community and give gifts that can't be found on commercial shelves. Participation reveals new verses in a perk poem, currently "Hrafn's Nest (http://ysabetwordsmith.livejournal.com/2602241.html)" (Hart's Farm).

The next Poetry Fishbowl (http://ysabetwordsmith.livejournal.com/730515.html) will be on Tuesday, December 4 with a theme of "games and toys." Please drop by my blog then to give me prompts and watch for poetry to appear.

There will be a Holiday Poetry Sale in my blog, featuring poems from the Poetry Fishbowl and other projects. It will run from December 10-14. Poems from December 2011-November 2012 will be half price.

I am not planning to post a Crowdfunding Creative Jam in December, because the holiday season is so packed for most people. I do plan to bring it back in January. If you're interested in managing one of these, please let me know. You can pick the theme; we've gone through most of the previously suggested ones. If you have suggestions for new themes, please comment with those.

We are preparing for the 2013 Rose & Bay Awards (http://crowdfunding.livejournal.com/480002.html). kajones_writing has volunteered to manage two categories and I'm covering two myself. We could really use someone else to handle the Fiction and Other Project categories; preferably categories should be overseen by someone not eligible for them. Nominations will open on January 1, 2013.
