crowdfunding My article "Crowdfunding: A Communal Business Model" appeared in Communities magazine #152 Fall 2011. It has been reprinted online as one of the sample articles for that issue. It introduces the idea of crowdfunding to people who may already be familiar with it but not know it by that name, and it discusses some examples of crowdfunding that mesh well with intentional community life.
