Check out the page for more information, but in a nutshell: I do the readings myself, but write them up in the character of Madame Destiny, the recurring background fortuneteller character in my web serial Wonder City Stories. Her deck is the World War II Wonder City Wonders deck, and so she ends up giving a fair amount of Wonder City backstory in the course of her readings. The last set of readings is linked from the offer page.
