Category Managers Needed

Earlier I posted about preparing for the 2012 Rose & Bay Awards.  I'm willing to manage Poetry and Webcomics, categories where I'm not eligible for nomination.  We still need volunteers to manage Art, Fiction, Other Project, and Patron. 

Managers will need to post a poll for nomination in early January and then a poll for voting in early February, check to make sure nominees are actually eligible, announce winners, and generally keep an eye on things in their category.  It's not a lot of work if the categories are spread out over several people.  If you're active in crowdfunding, especially here in this community, please consider volunteering.

Also, start thinking about which projects you want to nominate.  Check your favorite projects to make sure they're readily identifiable as crowdfunding.  Check your own project(s) to make sure you've covered the 5 basic steps.  If not, it's still December so you have time to make any necessary changes.
