Date: 2011-11-29 11:16 pm (UTC)I have seen some authors here posting serials on a pay-per-installment basis. You do need a good fan base to make that work, but in some situations it works REALLY well.

Date: 2011-11-29 11:19 pm (UTC)A good point, in my opinion is that they seem to have pay-per-instalment 'gallery' sites, in my opinion it has better potential than each author doing it on her/his own.

Date: 2011-11-30 12:40 am (UTC)For several years now, I've been wanting to established a crowdfunding hub site that would be open to all types of project. So far, they're all either single-project sites, or funding-only sites that don't actually include projects. Other folks have expressed interest, but the funding hasn't come together yet. Maybe someday.
