One for You, One for Me: Pay for Your Art Materials Up Front explores an alternate business model for visual artists that I personally find quite intriguing. I may even try it myself, as I only get a few sales of my work each year and often find myself struggling to buy supplies so that I may continue to create. I'm curious to know what both sides, artists and audiences, think of such a model.

One person would be the primary donor and get the original, but everyone else who donated would get the image on a card.
