New Crowdfunding Project

Hi. I just launched my first crowdfunding site - Make A Wish Upon Tomorrow. The title refers to a poem that I am working on, where each stanza refers to one of the stories we are writing or planning to write. Also, each stanza starts with that phrase.

The stories themselves will not necessarily be posted in chronological order, but, when the poem is finished it will be posted with each stanza in order of the chronology of the story. (I hope that is not too confusing.)

sordak and I are, besides being husband and wife, collaborators in a universe he created when he was very young. Most of the stories take place in this alternate universe and they span thousands of years. The first stories we are posting, however, take place in an alternate universe from our 'normal' alternate universe.

I hope you will enjoy reading these stories as much as we have enjoyed (and will enjoy)writing on them.

I'm a little bit giddy because since I 'announced' it (here, in ashantara_tales and in my own LJ, we've received 22 hits/views/ It has only been a little over three hours since I sent out the first notice.

Did you feel like this when you first launched Mirra's story?

That's good - hits are always good.

I felt similar. But I did a lot of legwork by advertising and promotion. Was a little tiring, but yeah.
