True confessions time - I have never learned how to cook fish/shellfish/fruits of the sea properly so I am somewhat leery about trying to. I also do not know how to purchase it. I can cook salmon, but I buy frozen fillets. I can do nearly anything that is frozen, but fresh is nerve-wracking for me.
Question - Chinese celery cabbage - is that bok choy? I know a couple of recipes using bok choy, which is also called Napa cabbage in some areas.
I'll have to remember my Chinese Chicken Salad recipe and get it to you. Wonderful summer salad that is easy.

I have made oyster stew using canned oysters... which tasted just as great as fresh oysters.
