Filtering for quality...

I have posted in my own journal a few thoughts and process brainstorming on the topic of filtering for quality in a shared-world/collaborative project. Because membership is (will be!) open to everyone, there is a lot of potential to be flooded with unsuitable and poor quality work, and to get out-of-control or unworkable storylines. I'm looking at ways to keep that to a minimum.
