Fishbowl Discussion

For those of you interested in my Poetry Fishbowl project, there's currently a thread on my blog about how it could be improved. So far I've got several good ideas including a longer lead-time on announcements, revisions to the "now open" post, and adding a poll to determine which poems to post based on general donations rather than specific sponsorships. Audience participation is crucial to cyberfunded creativity, so this may be useful inspiration for other folks wanting to fine-tune their projects.
