Thank you very much for the tips about micro-funding writing based on those I've been talking to those who've already read/beta-read some of my things during previous NaNos and it's been voted that I start with the fantasy serial as opposed to the sci-fi one.

I was thinking that the first week I would post sections Monday, Wednesday and Friday and then do Wednesdays after that. I've been setting up buttons to donate 50 cents at a time, and also one for people to donate whatever amount they wish to.

I'm in the process of writing up a bit of an intro blurb. I figure I will post through my dreamwidth account (borgqueen.dreamwidth.org) and that will also post things on my personal journal here due to the syncing.

Any further tips that you guys might have?

I think this sort of qualifies as cyber-funded creativity in a sense, as it is using an audience vote.  If not, mods can feel free to remove.

I've got a design up for a vote at Threadless!  I would be eternally grateful if you guys would go vote for me and help spread the word so I can stand a chance of being printed!

Score "Eclipse."
