So, Chapter Four of the
Crowdfunded Fiction Project is set to be posted tomorrow, with Chapter Five hopefully ready for posting sometime this weekend. I've also started the initial editing/re-writing of the companion novel, and outlining what I want to do for bonus materials.
Currently, set-up is I've been posting the chapters regardless of funds, for everyone to read, with a donation button at the bottom of page, should people want to throw monies into the tip jar. This has, in fact, worked well for me in the past, and I'm not looking to change it for the main body of the work(s).
But what I am looking at is how I want to handle bonus materials. I'd like to leave these items open to all (as opposed to having story material on a 'donor-only' filter). So, my question is: what is the best way to go about this, do you think?
a) Attaching a price to said 'perk' and once paid, make it visible to all?
b) Auctioning it to idea of the highest bid, although still making it visible to all once the bid's been paid?
c) Something all together that I might not have thought of.

Also, would any artists on here be willing to trade for two icons for this story, and the companion story? I'd be willing to negotiate barters, as unfortunately, I do not have much in the ways of money right now.
