Request I hope someone can fill

I'm curious if anyone could and would make a Barbie-sized sorceress dress for me? Kind of like this one: http://j.mp/hxNRRB but red instead of purple, and solid fabric instead of lace. The reason is, I have a black Barbie brand doll (dunno what her real name would be) that I want to dress up as my dark sorceress character, Lyria Spellspinner. A cloak would be nice too (though with a hood), but depending on price is optional.

If you have the ability to do this, and the desire to, I can pay. I would only need to discuss price first. Thanks in advance!
