Prompt Call: Companion Animals

My prompt call on the theme of "companion animals" is open here on Dreamwidth (and on Livejournal) and will run for about a week until Saturday September 7th at 2PM EST.

This is my first foray at crowdfunding, but this round in lieu of tips, I'm taking donations for The MSPCA Walk for Animals 2013, which supports a local animal shelter and hospital.

Everyone will get one piece of poetry or fiction for prompting (one prompt may be fanfiction, if we share fandoms, but that will be your freebie).

There are perks for donation (your choice of more words OR sponsoring a prompt) and linkbacks will enter you into a giveaway for an additional story coupon which you can either use toward this prompt call's theme or the next.
