What news have you heard recently about cyberfunded creativity? Articles, links, practitioners, etc. are all welcome.

Crossed Genres is running a Kickstarter, and their current stretch goal (having met the first stretch goal that let them resurrect the magazine) is to raise enough money for the magazine to pay pro-rates for all of their writers next year.

Pro-rates for all of the fiction in the magazine is a big-ticket item, and they've got just 3 days to go!

At least check it out: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1537879721/crossed-genres-publications-over-a-year-of-indie-p

A pledge of $25 or more includes a subscription to the magazine (since the magazine was not part of their original goal, it's not listed in the sidebar), and there are other rewards for supporting the project at various levels.
