I thought poll visibility would be okay, because a lot of LJ polls (including some others for fairly important stuff) are done that way. I found the transparency useful because it meant I could thank my voters!
However, I understand that not everyone is comfortable about this. I'm open to using a different voting tool next year. With luck we might have a crowdfunding hub site by then, and ideally that would be equipped with its own poll feature.
