* Ongoing projects are your friend. You build up fans who will pay for more of their favorites. I was at a loss how to do this with poetry until my fans started requesting the return of characters they liked. :D Fans will come up with awesome ideas, use them.
* Writing things with installments gives you options like: - pay per installment - pay to speed up posting - pay to get an earlier view on a locked page
* You can post core material free and extras for pay, either when a threshold is met or in a locked file just for donors.
