Good morning friends list, visitors, and lurkers!  It is Tuesday, which means that it is the weekly $5 Sketch Day that I host on my blog. So, come on in, make yourselves comfortable, and leave your one word prompts.

1)  For $5, I will create a sketch for every prompt left.

2)  For $8, I will create two sketches.

3)  The first three prompts will be free.

4)  Every person who leaves five linkbacks (via LiveJournal, Facebook, Tumblr, etc) will get a free sketch in addition to the one paid for.  And yes, if you are one of the first three to leave a prompt and also give linkbacks, you'll get two sketches for free!

5)  Paid sketches from US-based prompters will also receive a free mini-print (4x6) of the sketch in the mail.  Be sure to PM me with your contact details if you want the print!  Sorry, this only applies to prompters in the US.

I'll stop taking requests at 5 p.m. CST; at that point I'll start screening comments for the main post. Also, please allow time for me to get to your prompt, especially if there are a lot of prompters. I will make every effort to get to all of the prompts today; barring that, tomorrow. Again, it depends on how many prompts I receive.

Please, no fan art requests, due to legal concerns.

Don't forget to leave your one-word prompts in the comments of the main entry when you pay!

Some sketches from previous Sketch Days.

For the next four days, or more if the session goes well, I'm looking for prompts. It's been Donor House month, so I'm after Donor House prompts, and Halloween prompts.Check it out on DW or LJ.

I've also posted a Commissions page.

Thank you to [livejournal.com profile] ysabetwordsmith and Susanna (eljay name unknown at this time), three peoms have been posted as part of this month's Poetry for the Masses.

Lior's Dream is a crossover between my 64-squared series and Schrodinger's Heroes, and is set within the constraints of Lior's Backstory when she's researching for her thesis.

Understanding and Morning Dew are both set within Eye of the Oracle. Morning Dew is the second freebie poem.

Two poems are still available for funding.

Also from [livejournal.com profile] ysabetwordsmith's prompt, Toasting Pumpkin seeds, I got the poem 'Fall Night Perfection.' This poem is a riff on the traditional haiku, following a rhythm of 5-7-7-5 syllables.

From new prompter, [livejournal.com profile] starcat_jewel, I have the poem 'This is the New Year', which combines the idea of autumn as the idea of harvest, and the new year (literally and figuratively).

At this time, I have reached the $13 mark, and as promised have posted a 13-word horror story as bonus.
