Do you know of any sites that collect weblit, webcomics, or anything else that might be eligible for a Rose & Bay?  Feel free to contact folks there and encourage them to mention the award.  The more people who know about it, the wider an audience is likely to come nominate their favorite projects.

This free small art call was a great success! 21 people requested art, up from 5 people last time, and including extras from the tipping perks, I'll draw 27 images. Here are badly lighted, grainy cellphone photos of the 20 images I already started work on: last batch - second batch - first batch.

I'll first finish those for people for whom I've other art to mail along. Finishing all may take a while
