IHGK Book Two Pre-sales Are Open

Once again I'm crowdfunding the editing and production of a book--the second in the "Intimate History of the Greater Kingdom" series. I'm doing it myself rather than via Kickstarter, though I may change my mind about that. Looking at it now, I don't see the point in all the fees when I did it successfully myself last time. So far, less than 24 hours in, I've raised 25% of my first goal, namely the money for the first editing read-through of the book. Wish me luck!
