 One of my patrons, LiveJournal user Thesilentpoet, will be writing poems to fund a trip to a librarians' conference.  Theme will be folklore, fairy tales, mythology, etc.

Starting Monday, February 14th, 2011, I will be writing/posting a poem a day through Monday, February 28th, 2011, in hopes to raise money for the ArLis conference in March. ArLis/NA is the Art Librarians of North America, and this year their conference is in Minneapolis. Between registration, airfare and hotel, I'm looking at more than I can afford.

Loose theme for the poetry is various folklore, fairy tales, and other mythologies. This leaves a lot of room to play with, so any suggestions/prompts/requests will be most welcome.
