Spots the Space Marine

Yesterday I put my first donate button on a "Spots the Space Marine" post, though I've been writing this adventure for a couple of weeks. While I've done "pay to post" and "pay to influence," I haven't yet done a "pay if you want" online writing experiment. So Spots is it!

I'm describing this story as Mary Poppins meets Starship Troopers. It's about a reservist space marine, her squad and their relationship with aliens: the ones they kill and the ones who outfit them to do it. It's mostly text but also art, too.

Part of what I earn will go toward a couple of charities for active-duty soldiers and wounded vets.
