End of Year Reports

We're coming to the end of the calendar year. At this time, I'd like to encourage all of you to look back over your cyberfunded creativity projects of the year. Some things you might want to consider:
If you want to share your experiences here, that would be terrific. If you'd rather not give specific details in public, that's okay too. (You could also sidestep that part by telling me about your accomplishments backchannel, so that I could post an anonymous summary.) In general the idea is to track the evolution of this rather new publishing paradigm so that we can get some idea how it's progressing and what can be done with it. Any contributions to this endeavor would be most welcome.
I've been collating data from my poetry fishbowls and intend to share that in the next week or so.
How many creative projects did you post?
How much money did you make from CFC?
How many projects did you read or view?
How much money did you donate to CFC projects?
What new things did you try, and how well did they work?
What successes or failures were especially noteworthy?
