Magpie Monday TOMORROW!
Real life is giving me a break. The Magpie Monday for November will PROCEED AS USUAL tomorrow! (Starting after I get a cup of tea in me so I can, you know, focus my eyes enough to READ prompts!)
Because of the way my life is going right now, the THEME tomorrow will be “Surprises.” I'd like to offer long pieces, but I know that my spoon supply is erratic, so I'll compromise by saying a full-page vignette (500 words) “counts” as a fill, or the equivalent in TIME for a poetry piece.
Since I'm as surprised as my poor characters, LOL, I'm not restricting universes, including original ones. I'm also planning for light, fluffy stories instead of depressing ones, so this is a GOOD time to suggest holiday themes (not my usual writing). Basically, let's get some FUN going tomorrow!
Everyone who submits a prompt WILL get a fill, but it may take more than a single day, for which I apologize. At least one of the pieces will post for free tomorrow, and the link to Paypal for tips will appear at the bottom. (All funds, every penny, are earmarked for medical expenses, so ALL donations are most heartily appreciated. A suggestion: use $1 as a minimum, as Paypal takes a bite of every transaction.)
